In a broad view, our research interests focus on utilizing quantum optics, atom optics, and laser cooling and trapping techniques for quantum sensing, precision measurement, and quantum metrology. We are developing new techniques for atomic sensors in the directions of both applied science and fundamental physics, aiming for the next level of compactness and versatility combined with high accuracy.
